In the exclusive residential complex Dubai Port, Sandrini has designed the external setting of the type of the most exclusive villa. This villa is located in a privileged position, directly overlooking the sea and with a vast private beach.
The goal of the project was the creation of a scenography made up of lush and continuous greenery that would allow the proprietors’ privacy and the shelter of the house from sun and wind of Emirates area.
Great curvilinear borders draw the garden and they give a sense of naturalness of the space and also smooth the rigid volumes of the modern architecture.
The vegetation surrounds every element: it gets really close to the water pool at the entrance, it gave origin to small private gardens inside the building and it extends up to the beach thus creating continuity between the private garden, the landscape and the sea.
Several species of Palms dictate the shapes of the garden, rhythmically articulating the space and valuing the perspective views.
Graminaceous plants, Strelitzia and Bougainvillea give volume and color to this exclusive garden.
