Residential complex in Jesolo

Prestige, naturalness and care for a project by Richard Meier

Sandrini Green Architecture was selected for the green design of the prestigious Jesolo Beach Village complex designed by American Richard Meier. This facility was conceived as a landmark on the Adriatic coast Italy, and both the architecture and the design of the greenery are distinguished by their modern, fluid character and openness to the landscape of the adjacent lagoon.

Sandrini supervised the external work at every stage and, thanks to his professionalism and experience, brought the green project to life, respecting it in every detail, overcoming the problems related to the morphology of the site and the timing of construction.

Sandrini technicians personally selected each plant to meet the client’s requirements. The tree specimens, for example, had to respond to very precise characteristics: the Pinus pinea trees had to look as if they had grown on site, while the Robinia trees had to be staked at defined and “non-standard” heights. The result is a garden with definite and decisive lines, a fluid landscape in which green volumes follow one another rhythmically and existing trees blend in with the new planting.
