Vertical greenery as a ‘work of art’

In the historic center of Milan, on a private street in the fashion district, Sandrini has intervened in the building redevelopment of an important residential complex. The courtyard inside building was transformed into a green setting whose charm derives from the perfect balance of design elements.
The plant wall dominates and fills the space like a lush painting designed by the alternation of leaf colors, the play of shapes created by the different botanical species, and the movement of shadows and light.
Against this green background stands a modern sculpture whose solid volumes dialogue with the naturalness of the wall in an atmosphere suspended between matter and spirit.
Completing the composition, on the left side, the geometric sequence of topiary Bossi rhythmically punctuates the space, amplifying its perspective.
