Charm and relaxation in Atlas Mountains

A private residence and its outdated garden, set in a rural context where fruit tree crops alternate with glimpses of the natural landscape: this is basis from which Sandrini started to design her intervention.
The main objective, expressly requested by the client who uses this palace during the summer months as a refuge from the heat, was to redesign a landscape that was stylistically outdated and ill-suited to the convivial, official and representative gatherings held in it.
The design drafted by Sandrini was inspired by the use of bright colors for vegetation and certain furniture elements, the North African culture of the Mediterranean basin, and the enhancement and integration with the rural landscape and surrounding countryside.
A lush setting with generous blooms was designed, creating a kind of botanical garden, of scents and colors, in the current parterre of lawn facing the building, with long perspectives on the surrounding landscape.
The addition a rock fountain at the main entrance, together with aquatic vegetation and the pleasant sound it created, elegantly enhanced the new garden.
