Overlooking the beautiful promontory of Garda Lake, on Salò Gulf, this house immersed in olive tree grove and in an area with craggy ground needed a requalification work of the already existing park, of its structure and architectural details.
The very cold building which is especially cut off from the surrounding landscape, lacking of warm and atmosphere, seemed absolutely in contrast with its white walls and its clearly old-fashioned finishing.
Sandrini company has realized a landscape project which, besides characterizing the park thanks to the addition of groups of cypresses, olive trees and holm oaks specimens, has played with color spots on the slopes and the company was able to re-interpret the house giving it a warmer and timeless aspect, by using warm hues on the façades, typical local materials, natural stones for the floors and valuable details.
Today, thanks to the works carried out by Sandrini company, this house is a warm all in one with the surrounding landscape.
