The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the SITE and to check its correct functioning and are deleted processing. Cookies are not used for the transmission of information of a personal nature, nor are so-called “persistent cookies” of any kind, i.e. systems for tracking users.
So-called “session cookies,” cookies that are not stored persistently on the user’s computer and vanish when the browser is closed, are not used.
“Data provided voluntarily by the user”: The user’s personal data is provided by the same on the SITE only for the “contact request” and used to correspond with it. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of sender’s address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Purposes and methods of processing: The processing of the data collected will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and rights. The data may be communicated to subjects outside the Company, such as collaborators, consultants, representatives, transporters, partners, credit institutions, or other subjects only if strictly related to the execution of the relationship.
Rights of the data subject: Pursuant art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 every data subject (he or she whose data is processed by us) has the right to:

Cookie
This site uses cookies, including cookies. By continuing to browse the site or closing short information banner on all pages (or clicking any element of it) you consent to the use of cookies. The following explains what they are and how you can possibly deny consent to all or some cookies.
Cookies are short text files that are downloaded to your device when you visit a website. On each subsequent visit, cookies are sent back to the website that originated them (first-party cookies) or to another website that recognizes them (cookies). Cookies are useful because they allow a website to recognize the User’s device. They serve various purposes such as, for example, allowing you to navigate efficiently between pages, remember your favorite sites, and generally improve your browsing experience. They also help to ensure advertising content displayed online is more targeted to the User and their interests. Based on function and purpose of use, cookies can be divided into technical cookies, profiling cookies, and third-party cookies.
We inform that by default almost all web browsers are set to automatically accept cookies. However, visitors/users can change the default configuration. As stated above, disabling or deleting cookies, however, may preclude optimal use of some areas of the site or impair the use of services under authentication. Many of the cookies used are automatically deleted from the hard drive of the client’s computer at the end of each browsing session (hence the name “session cookie”). Instead, there are cookies that remain on the hard disk. Their permanence is quite long (a few years) for reasons of greater convenience. Having made an initial visit to the site, the system will be able to recognize on each subsequent visit that the Customer has already been to that site, and the Customer’s favorite requests and data will therefore be retrieved (long-lived cookies). These cookies will allow the Customer not to have to re-enter his or her password or fill out forms each time he or she logs in again. Cookies can also be disabled by selecting the corresponding parameters in the specific browser options. It should be noted, however, that in this way the Customer will not be able to take full advantage of certain functions of the site.
Furthermore, cookies may be specific to the site (used, for example, to know the number of pages visited within the site itself) or third-party cookies (i.e. generated by other sites to deliver content on the site you are visiting). This site may use anonymous third-party cookies in order to dynamically and advancedly manage the delivery of advertising messages. The most popular browsers provide the possibility of blocking only third-party cookies, accepting only those specific to the site. Furthermore, some companies that generate cookies on third-party sites offer the possibility of simply and immediately deactivating and/or inhibiting only their own cookies, even when these are anonymous, i.e. do not involve the registration of personal identification data (such as, for example, the IP address).
Cookies inserted for the purpose of aggregate analysis of visits to the site
Sandrini Green Architecture uses aggregate analysis tools for navigation data that allow for the improvement of the Websites: Google Analytics, a service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). These tools use cookies that are stored on the User’s device in order to allow the Website manager to analyze how users use the sites themselves. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the Websites by the user (including the IP address anonymized by removing some digits) will be transmitted to and stored on Google servers. This information is used for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of the Websites by the user, compiling reports on the activities of the Websites for the operators of the same and providing other services relating to the activities of the Websites and the use of the Internet. To protect the privacy of users as much as possible, Sandrini Green Architecture applies the ‘masking IP’ option, which requires the system to obscure the last 8 digits of the visitor’s IP address before any processing, effectively making the analyzed data anonymous. Users who do not want cookies relating to Google Analytics can prevent their storage on their computer through the appropriate “Browser add-on for deactivating Google Analytics” made available by Google at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. To activate the component, which inhibits the system for sending information about the user’s visit, simply install it by following the instructions on the screen, close and reopen the browser. By using this website, you consent to the processing of your data by Google for the methods and purposes indicated above. For more information on Google Analytics, you can consult Cookies and Analytics and the related privacy policy for Google Analytics.
How to disable cookies
Most internet browsers are initially set to accept cookies automatically. The user can change these settings to block cookies or to warn that cookies are being sent to the user’s device. There are various ways to manage cookies. The user can refer to the help screen of his browser to find out how to adjust or change the settings of his browser. In the case of different devices (for example, computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.), the user must ensure that each browser on each device is adjusted to reflect his preferences regarding cookies.
However, we remind you that disabling navigation or functional cookies may affect the functioning of the site and/or limit the service we offer.
For third-party cookies possibly used by this site, we provide below the links to the site where you can disable them if necessary. For more information on cookies and to manage your preferences on third-party profiling cookies, we also invite you to visit http://www.youronlinechoices.com.
Technical cookies
Technical cookies are those whose use does not require the User’s consent pursuant to art. 122 paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 196/2003. Among these technical cookies, we highlight essential cookies, also called “strictly necessary”, which enable functions, without which it would not be possible to fully use the Site. These cookies are used exclusively by Sandrini Green Architecture and are therefore first-party cookies. They are saved on the user’s computer only during the current browser session. Essential cookies are used, for example, when keeping track of an item added to the cart, the currency and language that the User has chosen during navigation, or when filling out a form. These cookies also facilitate the transition from http to https when changing pages, so that the security of the data transmitted is always guaranteed. A cookie of this type is also used to store the user’s decision on the use of cookies on our website. Essential cookies cannot be disabled using the functions of the Site. Technical cookies also include those used to statistically analyze accesses or visits to the site, also called “analytics”, which pursue exclusively statistical purposes (but not marketing or profiling) and collect information in aggregate form without the possibility of tracing the identification of the individual user (anonymized, see above). These cookies can be deactivated and/or deleted through the browser settings.
These essential cookies cannot be disabled using the functions of this website. In general, cookies can be completely disabled in your browser at any time.
Below, for each technical cookie used, we report the name and purpose of use.
Name | Scope | Type of cookie |
---|---|---|

Profiling cookies
Profiling cookies, in the words of the Guarantor, are “aimed at creating profiles relating to the user and are used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user while browsing the web”. For these, adequate information and a request for consent are necessary because both the Guarantor and Europe consider them invasive with respect to the private sphere of users.
Third-party cookies.
While browsing the Sandrini Green Architecture website, the User may also receive cookies from different websites or web servers (so-called “third-party” cookies) on his/her terminal: this happens because the website may contain elements such as, for example, images, maps, sounds, specific links to web pages of other domains that reside on servers other than the one on which the requested page is located. In other words, these cookies are set directly by managers of websites or servers other than the Website. These third parties could theoretically set cookies while you visit the Website and thus obtain information relating to the fact that you have visited a Sandrini Green Architecture website. You will find more information on the use of cookies by accessing the indicated link. If the User decides not to grant authorization for the use of third-party cookies, only the functions of the Website, which do not require such cookies, may be used.
Below, for each third-party cookie present on the Website, we report the name, purpose, name of the third party that stores the information and the relative link to the third party’s website.
