In a prestigious environmental context, in the heart of Franciacorta, the proge□o involved about 30,000 square meters of land subdivided for design purposes into three large macro-areas classified thanks their landscape and agronomic characteristics into an ornamental park area functional to the villa, a productive area used as a vineyard-orchard, and finally a forest conservation area.
The complexity given by the need to keep the three large zones divided by their inherent nature but still interconnected, led to a study initially focused on the different accesses and the junction of paths, to an in-depth agronomic and botanical analysis in order to assess the extent of soil interventions and plant insertions.
With the aim of preserving and conserving as much land as possible in the wooded and agricultural areas, as for the ornamental garden attached to the villa, the design study allowed the development of various ornamental architectural solutions such as a swimming pool, decorative paving, a tennis court, a bocce court, and an outdoor cinema hall.
