Private villa in Florida

Made in Italy style for an exotic garden

On the east coast of Florida, in an exclusive residential suburb north of Miami, lies a beautiful villa, for which Sandrini designed and built a park with made-in-Italy style.
The patrons, in fact, wanted to have a garden met the aesthetic standards of the context, in harmony with the style of the neighborhood but, at the same time, standing out thanks to a touch, elegant and balanced, typically Italian.
Like all other residences in the area, this villa has no fence or boundary barrier. For this reason, Sandrini demarcated the property boundaries with a simple topiary hedge of Ficus to ensure that the garden did not lose its sense of openness to the outside world, but, at the same time, also to provide some privacy.
In front of the entrance, a soft curve of white gravel was designed to match the colors of the villa; in addition, a large green flower bed was created around specimens Coccoloba uvifera, a typical native plant of the area.
On the exterior front of the villa, greenery develops symmetrically on either side of the main gate, with shrubs similar to Boxwood, groups of small Palms and flowering Begonias. The indoor garden winds around the pool enriching itself with exotic-flavored Palms, giant Philodendrons, Orchids and tropical blooms.
