Sandrini Green Architecture was entrusted with the development of the concept design for three types of villas, in the residential area of the mammoth project of Dubailand, that is more specifically, the “The Villa” residential real estate development on behalf of Dubai Properties. The villas shall serve example to show to the possible purchasers and they shall have a gardan that is able to fascinate and convince the visitor.
Therefore, the project is aimed at enhancing and exploiting all the available space at the best and at inserting the architecture in a green, luxuriant and accurate in every detail.
The curvilinear shapes of the planted areas soften the rigid shapes of the lots, thus creating unexpected perspective points and glimpses.
The design defines also the architectural elements and the furniture of the garden: swimming pools, water effects, shading facilities, paved areas and walkways, vases and sculptures, by indicating shapes and materials.
