Verona. Historical Garden.

Simplicity in an atmosphere of other times

In the area of the Roman theater, in Verona, there is an old house renovated by the famous architect Michele Bönan, from Florence, for which Sandrini Green Architecture realized the external part.
The simple, clean, structure, the historical atmosphere and the fantastic view over the city created the precondition for a linear and simple yet charming garden.
Before the main facade of the house there is the majestic green protagonist created by Sandrini:  a big lawn surrounded by bushes of Buxus and garvel geometrical-shape paths with a strong scenographic effect.
At the back of the linear bushes of Buxus, pure white blooms were arranged in a completely natural way. These blooms are made up of: Delphinium, Digitalis, Calla Lillies, Anemones, May-Lilies, Cornel trees, Hydrangea Hannabelle and Paniculata.
Also the old French furniture made of cast iron were greatly enhanced as well as the vases made of Tuscan cotto, planted with Lemons which contributed to downplay the atmosphere and to create a shabby touch in line with the customer’s tastes.
The result is a strong impact: a historical house surrounded by a simple garden with a unique charm though.
