Jesolo. Residential complex

Prestige, naturalness and care for the detail

For realizing the greenery of the prestigious Jesolo Beach Village complex designed by the American Richard Meier, Sandrini Green Architecture was selected.
This facility has been thought as reference point on the Italian Adriatic coast and both the architecture and the design of the greenery stand out for their modern and fluid features and opened onto the landscape of the adjacent lagoon.
Sandrini company carried out the external works in every phase and, thanks to the professionalism and the experience gained, realized the project of the greenery, complying with it in each detail, overcoming the problems related to the morphology of the place and of the site construction time.
Sandrini’s technicians personally chose each plant in order to meet the purchasers’ request. The tree specimen, for instance, had to meet really precise features: the Pinus Pinea had to seem grown on that spot, whereas locust trees had to be decked at defined and out-of- standard heights.
The result is a garden with defined and clear lines, a fluid landscape where green volumes rythmically come in succession and the existing trees mix with the new plant.
