This private residence, that has a modern and minimalist architecture, overlooks the Dnieper river and its evocative park.
In this project, Sandrini has paid a great attention to studying the altitudes and the levels of the ground in order to create a natural union between the villa and the water of the river.
Scenographic perspectives have been created in which this modern building becomes all in one with its natural environment.
What Sandrini has thought of is a large-scale landscape project with a green backstage made up of local plants that enhance the natural context in which the villa is situated.
Moreover, it has been designed an artificial lake by making the most of the hollow that already held a marshy area and emphasizing the concept of aquatic park.
Special attention has also being paid to the botanical choices for not creating artificial effects thus respecting the already existing and typical habitat of this fluvial area: Popolus alba, Populus nigra italica, Birches and Picea.
