Sharjah. Villa privata

A modern grandeur for an Arab garden

In the heart of a majestic Arab villa, Sandrini has designed a real secret garden, a meeting space with a green scenery.
The elements of the tradition of Arab and Moorish garden are re-elaborated into a contemporary key in line with the style of the building, a modern architecture that has simple volumes and defined shapes.
The drawing of the paving follows geometrical and rigorous lines, playing on the contrast among materials: black and shiny pebbles, clear stone plates and wooden teak slats for outside spaces.
Sandrini has prepared areas of lawn that alternate with areas planted with ornamental oat grasses, materic- colours materic vases that rhythmically differentiate the space, a horse-like statue that celebrates the Arabian passion for horses and huge bamboos that  delimit the water effect that lend verticality to the composition. The garden so designed appears as majestic as the villa where it is situated.
